What is SAP Fiori
SAP has given proportionate importance to user experience (UX) for the use of the various SAP applications. So far the SAP GUI has been a great success in the sense that It is available and pretty standard for all operating systems.
SAP Fiori is a new user experience (UX) for SAP software and applications. It provides a set of applications that are in regular business functions like work approvals, financial apps, calculation apps and various self-service apps.
Now a days customers wants their information on the go without sacrificing the security of the data. SAP Fiori UX represents a personalized, responsive and simple user experience across devices.
It is not restricted to a desktop, laptop, mobile or tablet. A user can get his data where ever he wants. SAP Fiori is a platform that provides the porting of applications on mobile devices announced on 15 May 2013. SAP Fiori enables applications to be used on desktop computers, tablets and smart phones. SAP Fiori supports HTML5. The initial release had few applications to start and gradually increased to complete the SAP Business Suite.
Prerequisites
